Payroll Data Insight

Animation 3 showcased another AI-powered payroll feature that Vivian, our other payroll designer, led. I collaborated closely with her to understand the project, identify key areas to highlight, and determine the best way to tell the story.

This feature enables payroll administrators to quickly access key payroll data by calculating gross pay across pay groups, comparing results to the previous quarter, spotting trends, and detecting errors. Currently, these tasks require running multiple manual reports. With AI (Ask Workday), all the data can be compiled quickly and effortlessly.
