Minimum Wage Compliance
This 2nd animation explored a future-facing concept to give a glimpse of upcoming enhancements. It showed 3 connected user flows to illustrate how AI could help simplify a complex process.
First, the payroll administrator is notified of a minimum wage increase and its impact on overall pay. Next, the compensation partner gets an AI prompt guiding them through the necessary updates. Finally, the employee is informed about the change to their compensation.
In each step, AI surfaces the update, shares it with the right person, and offers guidance on what to do next. The goal of the animation was to show at how AI can make a manual, multi-role process feel more seamless.
